Need to Know
- Our check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 11:00am. For guests arriving or departing outside these times, we will be delighted to store your luggage and provide towels so that you can take advantage of the pools or ocean beach. We highly recommend packing your swimsuit in your carry-on luggage.
- Housekeeping is provided daily for all hotel room rentals.
- Laundry facilities are located adjacent to the rooms. Tokens can be obtained from the Front Desk. Laundry room houses ice and soda machines.
- The rooms are not on the ocean beach. The Lagoon Beach Suites are located on our lagoon beach. The ocean beach is a short stroll along the Grand Canal under the bridge.
