Carlino Brings Blue Sail to Sandyport

Cuisine is spectacularly important to us at Sandyport Marina. It was a complete honor two years ago when Jacques Carlino decided to lease out a space only steps away from our property and open his newest restaurant Blue Sail. Unlike his first restaurant Blue Caviar, which offers a selection of fine wines and elevated dishes, Blue Sail has both fine food and delicious every day type of meals. Blue Sail draws a large crowd for its laid-back atmosphere and diverse menu. Everything that is created has the perfect balance of island and European flare. 

Jacques Carlino is a notable classically trained chef that spent more than twenty years building his expertise in London. When the property next to Sandyport became available, this Michelin Star chef snatched it up without even having a second thought. We love that we are able to witness the wonderful atmosphere and work of art Jacques Carlino creates right before our very eyes!
